How to Submit a Deletion Request

You can submit a data deletion request using web mail:

To help verify identity and locate data, please include:

App name: Minesweeper
Google Play account email (or order number if purchases are involved)
Google Play Games nickname (if using leaderboards/achievements)
Advertising ID (AAID)
Device model, OS version, app version
Scope to delete (e.g., progress, settings, ad identifier association, Play Games association)

We will process your request as soon as possible and respond within the legally required timeframe.

We do not store your game progress or settings on our servers; only local storage and third‑party services are used.

On‑device data (progress, settings): we will guide you to clear this data on your device.
Support email request records: used only to process your request; retained for up to 90 days and then deleted.
Purchase records: maintained by Google Play; developers cannot delete them, but we can help you contact Google Support.
Leaderboards and achievements: maintained by Google Play Games; follow official guidance to manage or delete.
Ads‑related identifiers (AAID, IP, etc.): handled by Google Mobile Ads SDK. We will disable personalization and help delete associations, subject to Google policies and platform limits.

Request tickets and communications: retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
Invoice data required by law or audit: retained as legally required.
Third‑party service data: follow each service’s policies and retention periods (Google Play, Google Ads).

Clear on‑device data: Android Settings → Apps → Minesweeper → Storage & cache → Clear storage.
Reset Advertising ID: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID (Android 12+ can zero the ID).
